A Walking Zombie

I'm running on empty, batteries that won't recharge, I look real but believe me when I tell you that the brain is not functioning, I'm just a shell walking around with nothing to give...I'm exhausted. Not even RED BULL is helping me these days. I have a 21 month who has recently been moved to a toddler bed, is teething and finds it necessary to come to my room every night around 3AM and then is up and ready for play by 6AM. I get up willingly everyday, I'm not a napper and then I'm up til 1AM making the most of 'me - time'...but it's finally caught up to me. I'm exhausted, purely exhausted. So tonight I will be dreaming with the angels as soon as my little goes down...I'm going to bed soon and I will not create, blog, surf or game at all tonight...tonight I will only dream. Sweet dreams!

TAG...I'M IT!

My scrappy cyber friend Calia, has just tagged me in a PHOTO game. In the 6th folder, the 6th photo...I found the picture above. This is picture of my hubby and I with our friend, Adriana, at an annual charity fund called Amor En Accion. This charity funds young adults who travel to the DR through our church in order to help out those who are less fortunate. Although my hubby and I have never done such a pilgrimage, many of our friends have given of their time, treasure and talent. Therefore, we attend to give our support in whatever capacity. Each year there is a theme, this particular year was a Caribbean theme and that is why we are wearing "Guayaberas"..this is also pre-baby. I love the outfit that I'm wearing and hope to wear it again this coming summer.

I love surfing the web and checking out new blogs. I come across the most talented people..some are verbose, others are artist..some are creative in all areas. Posh Petals Class Completed

Welcome back..I completed the class, Posh Petals by Christine over at Making Memories For You. Christine put together a very easy to follow, step by step, class with instructions and pictures (for those who need visuals like me). I was finally able to complete my project. Now my beautiful bouquet sits on my desk. I hope to continue to add more flowers using up my scraps. This was such an easy peasy class and with a great result. I will definitely be incorporating these beauties for a Spring Layout, Easter and Mother's Day...how will you use yours? Stamping Hands...or a Stamping Mess???

Why do we STAMP??? It's such a mess. Are these the hands of a lady? I think not. My stamps are a mess, dirty all over from the ink, some of ink pads are dryed out, my work area is a mess, did I show you my hands...a mess, A Mess, A MESS!!!! I can't take it. I remember now why I don't STAMP often, there has to be an easier way to create without such a mess all over me. I won't be able to eat any finger foods for weeks..or at least as long as my hands look like this. I look like I've been playing in the dirt or working away at the Printing Press. Give me strength!

More Great News

It just seems that my scrapbooking is taking off in a whole new direction and I'm loving every minute of it. I've met some wonderful ladies online with the same passion for scrapping as I do. OMG!! I'm freaking out...I'm sooo excited I don't know what to do with myself. HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009

WOW! I can't believe we are here in the year 2009. It is going to be a wonderful year. So much is happening in my scrapbooking world. I am totally loving the site Making Memories For You, it's filled with talented ladies and excellent ideas; come by and check us out.
